Very disappointed in result for the time I put into this project, Engineer had no understanding of my project costing me thousands of dollars to replace buffer tank, Chiller did not work when it arrived and constantly faulted, PLC not programmed properly and not suitable for use outside China or India so I had to pay local engineer thousands of dollars to fix issues, poor quality flange welding, poor quality frame painting and rusty when arrived, oil leaks. This company along with Alibaba do not honour any warranty or take responsibility for the equipment the sell. The sales staff seem fine but engineer and after sales service / warranty are the worst I have ever dealt with. Alibaba's trade assurance is not worth the text it is written in as they have technical knowledge what so ever,

The sales team are professional, especially Stephen. They customized the products based on my regional; requirements.
